McDonald's in Darmstadt

Quality has decreased at Mc in recent years. The food is often lukewarm and the new food distribution system is rubbish. Hustle and bustle at the Am Wühltisch

3 stars only because people often forget about Mcdrive ... last time it was 2 cheesburgers!

The DriveIn staff is really nice. Was there at 3am and everything went like clockwork.

Ordered 20 nuggets, only had 17 at home. - 1 star for every nugget. Otherwise get everything very quickly.

We were recently in transit and were really hungry. Once in this branch there was an eternal line. The few employees felt that they were too busy or too slow. The cleanliness was unfortunately not convincing. There is still room for improvement here. Just the name is not enough to make money.

If you order something to take away then check that everything is in there. Overall, it happens far too often ... Also in other branches that it is incomplete. Then everything is packed in a thousand bags that you can't see everything at first glance.

How was it at MCD? well, to put it simply: too loud. The constant beeping of the french fries hotplates ought to piss the employees off the clock, but they manage to ignore the room-filling sound for more than 2 minutes! You can't really enjoy the coffee like that, but it tastes passable. The burgers are nationwide identical in contrast to the corona rules ?

The food is good as usual. However, all McDonalds branches in and around Darmstadt are extremely slow. Drive-in is usually okay, but ordering from McDonalds sometimes takes forever ... You could almost think that the drive-in has priority.

Because I had to wait in the car at the drive counter under the blazing sun! You always have to wait a long time at Mc Donalds, which is why I no longer shop at Mc Donalds myself. It was an order for someone else.

Few free seats, tables very unclean, female. The service was very unfriendly, I wouldn't go there a second time ?‍♀️?‍♀️

It feels like something is missing every time and you have to check it out yourself. After addressing forgotten goods, people act as if they were not. Even worse when ordered. (Lieferando, however, saved it through a customer-oriented approach) Also pretty rude on the phone. You could say "only" McDonalds, but given the size and sales, that should work too. Unfortunately, service stands and falls with good staff.

What is ordered is not regularly brought to the customer here. Either wrongly prepared, wrong food or simply forgotten. Ordering via Lieferando exactly the same problem ... I just wanted to place an order via Lieferando and then when I confirm it is suddenly closed? 11: 30-22: 00 delivery time and then something !? You haven't even earned that one star with your behavior ... With the last order in the McDrive, my complete order in the amount of over 25 € was handed over to the person in front of me who only made a small order ... Shame on you!!

Highly recommended for people who: - have a lot of time - Like surprises - have come to terms with the fact that they often don't get what they want I've never been there, so I can't comment on that, but it certainly applies to the drive-in. I don't know what they're doing with the drink either, the last Sprite tasted completely chemical and everything, but not Sprite. Was really not drinkable.

Staff unable to get completely different menu with wrong side dishes, ice cream instead of strawberry with chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream with hot strawberries ... cheek

Was closed, although already 15 minutes. should be open according to the times on the door. Employees walked around inside but skilfully ignored me. I'm a bit disappointed, really hungry

Parked there for 5 min over the weekend to order takeout. When I got back there was a ticket from the parking attendant on the car. Didn't see their tiny sign. Hope you buy a bigger sign for the parking lot with my 38 euros. To eat: the burgers were dry and lukewarm in the car. They don't see a cent of me anymore.

The food was ok, also ready quickly. In the parking lot there was a surprise from the park guard waiting - we parked in the McDonald's parking lot without a parking disc. That cost almost 40 euros. We'll certainly never go there again.

Very clean, friendly staff. Open again at 11pm. With table service. At least in the morning the music should be quieter.

The slowest macD ever. One has to wait >30min to get his food. At least the staff is trying to make their best out of their lack.of manpower

Wrap was no wrap more of a squash. Very hot and humid in summer. Toilets were the worst I have experienced in a Mc Donalds ever! With poo on the toilet seats.

The place is nice and has plenty of parking spots in the back side of the store. The stuffs seemed friendly and nice but unfortunately they are understaffed. It took really long before you can order or pickup.

McDonalds standard and system is not there

Bad service; simply unfriendly and zero courteous! Orders are forgotten and it is said that they are already finished! Absolute audacity! Unfortunately, this was not the first time! The manager is absolutely overwhelmed and does not have his employees under control and is sometimes abusive and condescending!

Sorry to be bringing such unhealthy foods. Salads are ok and hopefully soon will be a vegie burger. Educate yourself and your kids to a healthy lifestyle.
